We brought clients and partners together for an evening at Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese, one of London’s oldest pubs. Tucked off Fleet Street, it is known for its narrow passageways, timbered rooms, vaulted cellars and a sense of history that has survived since the seventeenth century. The setting suited us. It felt grounded, intimate and full of character. The conversation centred on data, AI and cloud security, areas where our engineering-led team at Adroit Cloud Consulting helps organisations in government, finance and energy scale with confidence. It was also a natural continuation of the themes explored at Adroit Elevate 2024, where leading UK CTOs examined ethical AI and the realities of building high performing teams. The evening gave everyone time to compare approaches, share what is working and speak openly about the pressures and opportunities shaping modern technology leadership. The atmosphere made it easy to have the sort of conversations you remember, the ones that matter when you are planning what comes next.
