Matthew Sinclair Bio: Matthew has been building technology since the mid-90s, with nearly three decades of experience. Most recently, he served as Partner and VP Engineering at BCG X in London. Prior to that, he led the Engineering team at BCG Digital Ventures for seven years, launching 30 new businesses and products across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Taylor Williams Bio: Taylor is the CTO at Learn Amp, a leading employee development SaaS platform. With a focus on building high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and aligning technology with business goals, Taylor has driven growth across several tech companies.
